Submit your website updates below — whether it’s adding a new page or section, image swaps, text edits, or small layout adjustments. Once submitted, your request will be reviewed, and you’ll receive confirmation and an estimated turnaround time. You can also submit a PDF document or link to a shared folder with the content updates you’d like.
Please ensure that all necessary content, images, and files are provided clearly and in full before submission — updates cannot be completed without them. If the instructions provided are unclear and result in errors, any additional corrections or revisions will be billed accordingly.
Website Updates Terms of Service
By submitting a website update request, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Scope of Service
This form may be used to request:
Content updates (text, images, links, etc.)
Small design adjustments or additions
New page creations or larger updates that build on your existing website
Requests involving more complex design, strategy, or development work may require a custom quote and extended turnaround time.
2. Submission Requirements
All final text, images, and supporting materials must be submitted in full before updates can begin.
Incomplete or unclear submissions may delay your project. If unclear instructions result in errors or extra revisions, additional corrections will be billed accordingly.
3. Turnaround Time
Typical turnaround time is 2–5 business days, depending on the scope and clarity of your request. Larger updates or new pages will require a custom timeline, which will be communicated after review. Urgent requests (within 24 hours) may incur a rush fee.
4. Revisions
All revisions are billed at $65 USD per hour. Estimates will be provided before additional work begins when possible.
5. Payment Terms
Payment is required immediately after the requested updates have been completed, via online payment link or invoice.
Work will be finalized and delivered once payment has been received in full. Clients on ongoing maintenance or retainer plans will be billed according to their existing terms. Quotes for larger updates will be provided once your request has been reviewed and approved.
6. Acceptance of Work
Upon completion, you’ll receive a link or preview of the updates for review. If no revisions are requested within 3 business days, the work will be considered approved and finalised.
7. Liability
We take care to ensure your site remains functional throughout the update process. However, we are not responsible for issues caused by third-party plugins, external platforms, or pre-existing code unrelated to the requested updates.
8. Communication
All website update requests and related correspondence must be submitted via the official update form or by email to ensure accuracy and documentation. Please note that all communication and support are handled during office hours, Mondays–Fridays, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM.
